Every night Snowmonger.com collects data from a network of over 800 mountain snow reporting stations throughout the west. Our reports take into account snow depth, new snow fall, recent temperature and historical trends to give you the best possible data on where the best backcountry conditions are.

Snowmonger.com is NOT an avalanche prediction forecasting site. Our data should never be used to assess avalanche, weather or other dangers inherent in backcountry travel. Always check with the appropriate avalanche and weather prediction centers prior to heading out in the backcountry.
